  3. Add sugar to the hot coffee and pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin into the loaf pan and stir gently.
  5. After ensuring they’re blended, chill the coffee jelly for two hours or until it’s firm.
  6. Prepare the whipped cream by slowly adding vanilla extract and sugar until medium peaks form.
  7. Cut the chilled coffee jelly into small cubes, depending on your preferred size.
