Barley Milk Iced Coffee Recipe

  • Blender
  • Tall glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups barley milk
  • Espresso or instant coffee
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 tbsp of instant coffee to a mug and mix with 2 tbsp of water. You can also use brewed espresso.
  • Add the coffee and sugar to the blender.
  • Blend for a minute or until the mixture is light and frothy.
  • Add ice to the blender. Use 2-4 cubes if you like strong coffee and 6-8 for a lighter drink.
  • Add 2 cups of barley milk to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture until all the ingredients are combined, and there is a thick layer of foam on top.
  • Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy with an eco-friendly stainless-steel straw or as it is.
