  • Espresso or instant coffee
  • Ice
  • 2-3 tbsp of sugar

Method

  1. Make the base coffee mixture.
  2. Add 1tbsp coffee to a mug and mix with 2 tbsp of water. You can also use brewed or filter espresso.
  3. Blend the coffee mixture with sugar.
  4. Add coffee mixture to the blender with 2-3 tbsp of sugar. Blend for 1 minute or until the mixture is light and frothy.
  5. Add ice to the blender.
  6. 2-4 cubes for a stronger mix of coffee and 6-8 cubes for a lighter mix.
  7. Add 500ml of delicious barley milk to the blender.
  8. Blend the coffee, ice, and milk mixture until all ingredients are combined, and there is a thick layer of foam on top.
  9. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy with an eco-friendly stainless-steel straw, or as it is.
