Japanese Iced Coffee Recipe

Equipment

  • Kettle
  • Pour-over coffee brewer
  • Coffee filters
  • Glass container
  • Coffee grinder

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 tbsp coffee
  • 8 oz water
  • 8 oz ice

Instructions
 

  • Grind your coffee until fine.
  • Boil the kettle.
  • Fill a glass carafe with ice.
  • Brew your filtered coffee as normal over the carafe.
  • Serve and enjoy.
