amaretto liqueur

Instructions
Brew the espresso.
Add whole milk, espresso, and amaretto liqueur into the saucepan. Place it over low heat and stir until everything dissolves.
Turn off the heat.
Add chilled heavy cream into the bowl and beat with a hand mixer until the cream is thick and forms a peak.
Slowly add sugar and vanilla extract to the cream and mix until combined.
Pour the espresso nightcap into the mug. Top it with whipped cream and serve hot.
