Classic Espresso Con Panna Recipe

  • Dessert glass
  • Electric hand mixer
  • Spoon
  • Medium-sized bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Brew the espresso.
  • Pour chilled heavy cream into a medium-sized bowl. You can keep the bowl in the fridge before whipping or place it on top of ice to keep it cool.
  • Use a hand mixer to slowly whip heavy cream on medium speed and gradually speed it up. Stop when the cream is sturdy enough to form peaks.
  • Pour espresso into a glass. Slowly add whipped cream.
