Ingredients
Fresh mint leaves

water
Ice
Instructions
Take a handful of mint leaves and press or roll them in your hands to release the oils.
Place the mint leaves in a large pitcher.
Boil the water and pour over the leaves.
Let steep for eight to ten minutes
Strain out the leaves.
Refrigerate until cold.
Serve in tall glasses over ice.
