Iced Mint Tea Recipe

Equipment

  • Stove or a kettle
  • Tall glass

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 8 cups water
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Take a handful of mint leaves and press or roll them in your hands to release the oils.
  • Place the mint leaves in a large pitcher.
  • Boil the water and pour over the leaves.
  • Let steep for eight to ten minutes
  • Strain out the leaves.
  • Refrigerate until cold.
  • Serve in tall glasses over ice.
