Add the sugar and coconut milk to a saucepan. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until thick and gooey.
Allow it to cool, and pour it into a jar.
Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the coconut mixture until fully combined.
Brew the coffee.
Allow the coffee to cool.
Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
Pour in the coconut mixture and the coffee.
Garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
