Vegan Coconut Coffee Recipe

  • Whisk

  • Ice cube tray
  • Coffee maker of choice
  • Tall glass

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz can of coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 oz vegan sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz strong coffee
  • Toasted coconut flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add the sugar and coconut milk to a saucepan. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes until thick and gooey.
  • Allow it to cool, and pour it into a jar.
  • Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the coconut mixture until fully combined.
  • Brew the coffee.
  • Allow the coffee to cool.
  • Add ice cubes to a tall glass.
  • Pour in the coconut mixture and the coffee.
  • Garnish with toasted coconut flakes.
