strong coffee

pasteurized egg

sugar

condensed milk
a squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
Brew your coffee and set it aside.
Separate the egg yolk and white.
Put the yolk into a big bowl and whisk it with sugar and lime juice until it’s thick and foamy.
Pour the beaten, foamy yolk into the freshly brewed coffee.
