Vietnamese Egg Coffee Recipe

  • Eggbeater
  • Mug
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 1 pasteurized egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp condensed milk
  • a squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Brew your coffee and set it aside.
  • Separate the egg yolk and white.
  • Put the yolk into a big bowl and whisk it with sugar and lime juice until it’s thick and foamy.
  • Pour the beaten, foamy yolk into the freshly brewed coffee.
