Ice Ube Latte (Purple Yam Coffee) Recipe

  • Blender
  • Tall glass

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 tsp ube powder or smashed purple yam
  • 1 ounce espresso
  • 4 tsp condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk
  • ice
  • whipping cream

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk, condensed milk, ube powder, and ice into the blender and blend until combined.
  • Brew the espresso.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Whisk the cream until soft peaks form, and put it into a piping bag.
  • Top the drink with whipped cream.
  • Pour the espresso over the whipped cream and serve.
