a pinch of salt
Instructions
Put the dates, peanut butter, and water in a food processor. Process until the dates are broken down and form a paste.
Add the instant coffee, rolled oats, almond flour, and salt. Process until combined.
Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Press mini chocolate chips into the energy balls. Enjoy!
