No-Bake Chocolate Coffee Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tbsp coffee beans
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Put the cashews and coffee beans in a food processor. Break them down into coarse, grainy flour.
  • Add the pitted dates and process until it forms a thick, sticky mixture. You know it’s ready when you can pinch the mixture between your fingers. Add water if necessary.
  • Add the finely chopped dark chocolate and pulse a few times to combine.
  • Shape the mixture into small balls.
