Mocha Coffee Energy Balls Recipe

  • Food processor
  • Airtight container

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almonds coated in instant coffee powder
  • 10 pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until it forms a crumbly, sticky mixture. Add a small amount of water if necessary.
  • Roll the mixture into small balls.
  • Store these mocha coffee energy balls in an airtight container at room temperature or inside your refrigerator.
