Cold Brew Negroni

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jar or jug
  • Tall glass

Ingredients
  

  • coarse coffee grounds
  • Campari liqueur
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce vermouth
  • ice
  • orange peel to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew the coarse coffee grounds with Campari liqueur instead of water. Use a ratio of 1:8 coffee to liqueur. Allow the mixture to steep in the fridge overnight.
  • Mix an ounce of the cold brew-infused liqueur with the gin, vermouth, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • Pour over a glass with a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy!
