Indian - Inspired Iced Panakam Ginger Drink Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup grated jaggery
  • 1 tbsp powdered ginger
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes optional
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Crush the cardamom pods using a mortar and pestle.
  • Add crushed cardamom, powdered ginger, grated jaggery, and salt to the water.
  • Mix well until dissolved.
  • Strain the liquid and serve with ice or at room temperature.
