Warm Ginger Milk Recipe

  • Kitchen knife
  • Pot
  • Strainer
  • Glass
  • Spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 tea bag of choice
  • 1 tsp honey or alternative sweetener
  • 4 oz milk
  • 1/2 quart water

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to a boil and add the powdered ginger; mix well until dissolved.
  • Turn off the heat and add the tea bag. Steep for five minutes.
  • Strain the brewed liquid into a glass.
  • Add milk and honey and gently stir until combined.
